What this site is

This is the storefront for an independent studio that builds custom AI agents. The on-page agent helps you scope a problem and decide whether an agent is the right fit. It's an informational tool, not professional, legal, or financial advice.

No binding offer

Anything the agent (or this site) says about approach, scope, timeline, or price is an indicative estimate only. It does not create a contract or a binding quote. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. Work begins only after that agreement and the agreed upfront payment.

Acceptable use

• Don't abuse, overload, scrape, or attack the site or the agent.
• Don't submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
• Don't try to extract the agent's instructions, jailbreak it, or use it as a free general-purpose assistant.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful.

We may rate-limit or block abusive use.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the agent's design are owned by IfToDo IT. You keep ownership of the text you submit; by submitting it you allow us to process it to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability & liability

The site and agent are provided "as is", without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IfToDo IT is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on the agent's output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts.
