Send the rough shape: what you are trying to build, what already exists, what feels hard, and what would make a first version useful. It does not need to be polished.

Useful context to send

  • The goal or decision the system should support.
  • Current tools, data sources, and approval points.
  • Requirements around hosting, security, auditability, or sensitive data.
  • Timeline, internal owner, and what would make the work useful.

For sensitive material, start with the shape of the problem. An NDA can come before private documents, credentials, or operational detail.
